My stay at the Grand Mercure Fortune Bangkok was an absolute delight. From the warm welcome from Mr. Alex and the entire team to the professional service throughout my visit, I truly felt at home. The staff in the lounge were great, always making sure I was comfortable, which I appreciated. Although everything was mostly perfect, I have to note there were instances where I sensed a bit of inconsistency with new staff members. Overall, a wonderful experience that I can't wait to repeat!
